Project Management Work: Project management professionals negotiate, develop, and maintain project schedules. As an integral part of schedule development, project management personnel work with the customer and the project team to negotiate project requirements. A project manager works with programmers or other developers and management on internal systems projects, or in the development of new products to release to market. Project management work can include solving technical and scheduling problems as well as planning and working with marketing and/or management to develop products.
